The International Journal of Low-Carbon Technologies (IJLCT), with an impact factor of 2.455, is an open access, online only journal concerned with the application of technology to the challenges created by climate change All areas of the field are considered with sections focusing on:
- Renewable energy technologies
- CO2 reduction and low carbon technologies

- Renewable energy management and environmental impact
The journal publishes research articles, technical notes, review papers, book reviews and focus issues. Papers should be written in such a way that the technologies and results they report on are accessible to researchers working in other areas of the field. Authors should also describe the actual or potential applications of their work.

For the Special Issue of Future Cities and Environment (ISSN 2363-9075) the deadline for manuscripts is 31st December 2023.
The Future Cities and Environment journal, with an impact factor of 1.38, is published online as a continuous volume and issue throughout the year with the journal providing immediate open access to its content . Special issues will be published as part of the normal issue, but also within a separate collection page.
