The International Conference on Evolving Cities (ICEC 2023) will be held as a hybrid event in the recently built University of Southampton Centenary Building (B100) situated in the Highfield Campus at the University of Southampton, right next to the Highfield Bus Interchange. There will be conference flags outside the building entrance with the registration desk located on Level 4. 

The conference will be hosted in the Harvard lecture theatre with fantastic views across the campus and the city. Located near the green spaces of Southampton Common, the state-of-the-art centre of teaching and learning opened its doors  at the end of September 2019. The building has been named in celebration of 100 years of teaching at Highfield Campus and boasts an impressive range of facilities that are already being well used by students and staff.

The venue is served by the local bus network (including UniLink and BlueStar) within close proximity to Southampton Central Train Station and the National Express Bus Station – both of which have direct links to Heathrow and Gatwick International Airport. The area is also close to Southampton International Airport and the Southampton Airport Parkway Station.

The venue is also in close proximity to hotels and eateries such as those in PortswoodBedford Place and West Quay Shopping Centre, which has over 30 restaurants open unitl late.
