The programme will include morning and afternoon themed paper sessions (composed of 10-minute long presentations with a Q&A session for each panel of speakers), keynote addresses and four forums, with invited panels discussing the 3 conference meta-themes and evolving cities as complex systems.

Alongside the paper and panel sessions there will be a facilitated participatory budgeting for cities game on the first evening and two sponsored receptions held on Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

The lunch and refreshment breaks will offer networking opportunities and time to view the posters and exhibitor stands.
