We will be hosting ICEC as a hybrid event with in person and virtual attendance with any required COVID-mitigating measures in place.

Registration Fee

The costs shown reflect the conference taking place as a hybrid event with conference fees the same for remote and on-site participation. This is to accommodate for the high cost of professional tools and services required for a smooth event ensuring that we offer an excellent experience for all attendees.

Presenters please note, one 3-day registration is required for each paper to be presented.

Local authority registration

Staff attending from UK local authorities are entitled to attend the conference free of charge (max. 2 people per organisation). Please contact evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk to register and obtain a discount code. The local authority registration includes the following benefits:

  • Entry for all three days
  • Access to all forums (limited seats, please reserve by contacting evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk )
  • Access to social events

Please note that if staff do not attend, they will be charged the full fees at the time of registration, please see ICEC 2021 terms & conditions.

Exhibitor package

A limited number of exhibition stands will be available. Companies interested in displaying a stand please contact evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk for full pricing. Exhibitors will benefit from the following:

  • 3-day-pass for two people
  • Access to all forums including local authority forum
  • Access to social events including lunch and banquet
