CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

ICEC 2025 conference registration will open on 13 January 2025 on a dedicated web page with early bird registration available until 2 May 2025.

RATES & DEADLINES

As you can imagine, planning a large-scale event can be challenging. The ICEC 2025 team want to provide the best event experience possible for delegates however they choose to attend. Therefore, those wanting to attend are strongly encouraged to register early to assist with event planning. Please note registrations after 4 July 2025 will be charged at the onsite rate, with rates shown in pound sterling (£, GBP). Please note: All prices shown EXCLUDE VAT.

Please note there is a requirement for there to be at least one delegate registered for every accepted abstract, see Terms and Conditions for ICEC 2025 registration. 

LOCAL AUTHORITY REGISTRATION

Staff attending from UK local authorities and charities are entitled to attend the conference free of charge (max. 2 people per organisation). Please contact evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk to register and obtain a discount code. The local authority registration includes the following benefits:

• Entry for all three days
• Access to all forums (limited seats, please reserve by contacting evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk )
• Access to social events

Please note that if staff do not attend, they will be charged the full fees at the time of registration, please see ICEC terms & conditions.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

A limited number of exhibition stands will be available. Companies interested in displaying a stand please contact evolvingcities@soton.ac.uk for full pricing. Exhibitors will benefit from the following:

• 3-day-pass for two people
• Access to all forums including local authority forum
• Access to social events including lunch and evening reception
